Ginimbi’s Family Accepts Unsigned Will

There have been many reports about the late businessman Genius ‘Ginimbi’ Kandungure’s estate situation following his untimely death in a horrific car crash on the 8th of November. The tragic accident also claimed the lives of three other people, Michelle ‘Moana’ Amuli, Alicia Adams and Limumba Karim.

It was said that on the 9th of November Ginimbi was supposed to meet with his lawyers to sign a will. Unfortunately, he died the day before the will could be signed and finalized leaving no active will allegedly.

Now it seems the matter of Ginimbi’s estate is close to being finalized as his family has reportedly accepted the unsigned will and have also appointed an executor of the estate.

This week Ginimbi’s father, two sisters and his ex-wife Zodwa Mkandla met at the High Court office where they all agreed to use the unsigned will as the official last will and testament of Ginimbi.

Ginimbi’s relative Patrica Darangwa was appointed as executor of his estate.

All this news was confirmed to news publication by Zodwa who said the following.

“The court has made its decision and Patricia Darangwa has been appointed as the executor. We cannot disclose the net worth of everything, but as of now, we await Darangwa to give us the direction on the way forward.”

The last will and testament of Ginimbi states that his estate is to be divided three ways between his father and two sisters as follows.

  • Anderson Kandungure – 10 percent
  • Juliet Kandungure – 30 percent
  • Nelia Kandungure – 60 percent

The estate includes the lucrative gas companies, the mansion in Domboshava and a fleet of luxury cars among other things.
